Cancellation Policy

50% of the course fee will be refunded for cancellation requests received 30 or more days before the first date of the course. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days before the first date of the course are non-refundable.

For course combinations, the combination is treated as a single booking for cancellation and refund purposes. The 30-day cancellation period is calculated from the first date of the first course included in the combination. Individual courses within a combination cannot be cancelled separately or refunded.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to gerwingoutdooreducation@gmail.com. For purposes of this policy, the date the cancellation request is received will determine the applicable refund period.

Group bookings are non-refundable and are not eligible for the refunds described above. Group bookings must be paid in full as one payment. Individual participants may be replaced by another eligible participant with prior approval from Gerwing Outdoor Education.

This policy applies to course fees only and does not create a right to a refund for failure to attend, late arrival, or inability to complete a course.

This policy is subject to any cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law.

Course Registration

Payment is required in full to secure a course registration, as class sizes are limited. Payment is accepted by e-transfer (preferred) or via credit card (upon request). To register for an upcoming course, contact us today for registration details.

Planning to register a group of 6 or more for the same course and date? Contact us before registering to discuss group booking options. Group bookings must be paid in full as one payment and are subject to our Cancellation Policy. Group discounts cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, package pricing, or special pricing.
